At GyanShala Store, all products are shipped only after receiving a successful online payment.  
Shipping charges are paid by the customer and may vary according to product weight, location, and courier service.

🚚 Delivery Time:
- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner, ranging from 4-10 working days.
- Remote areas or special conditions may take longer.

💰 Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be visible before completing the payment.
- Rates may vary based on weight, distance, and courier availability.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

📍 Service Area:
- Currently, we ship across India only.

📨 Tracking:
- After dispatch, a tracking link/SMS/Email will be sent to the customer.
- Courier tracking may take up to 24 hours to get updated.

Delays caused by courier companies, natural conditions, strikes, or festive rush are beyond our control.  
We do not offer refunds for delays in delivery.
