Refund & Return Policy

At Gyan Shala Store, all orders are processed only after receiving a successful online payment.  
Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

🚫 Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable:
We do NOT provide refunds or returns once the order is placed.  
Orders cannot be cancelled due to change of mind, delay in delivery, or any personal reason.

📦 Wrong / Damaged Product:
If the received product is damaged or incorrect, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with proof (photo or video).  
In such case, we will replace the product. Refunds are not allowed under any condition.

⚠ Delays:
Delivery delays due to courier, weather, festivals, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refund or cancellation.

🔄 Replacement (Only in valid case):
Replacement will be offered ONLY for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item received
